Our Wills and Estate team has the expertise to advise you on estate planning, and to prepare your Will and Powers of Attorney for Property and Personal Care. We will help you ensure that your wishes are stated clearly and carried out.
Our estate administration team assists estate trustees throughout the process, including applying to the court for the appointment of an estate trustee, administering the estate, distributing the estate to beneficiaries and providing guidance and advice whenever needed. We will also guide and advise our clients in any case where a family member did not have a Will, and assist in estate administration where there is an intestacy.
